Veteran South Indian filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj is the director of the action movie “Leo.” The audience had been waiting for the movie for a while, so when it finally arrived on screen, it immediately became popular and broke records. Speaking about the ‘Leo’ cast, in addition to Vijay, other well-known actors Sanjay Dutt, Trisha Krishnan, and Arjun Sarja have been spotted playing major parts.

The movie “Leo” starring Vijay Thalapathy is now playing in theatres. Since it was released, the movie has been raking in the box office. Sacnilk reports that the movie might earn Rs 68 crore on its opening day in domestic theatres. ‘Leo’ will also hold the record for Kollywood’s highest opening weekend with a worldwide gross of Rs 145 crore.

On its opening day, “Leo” sold a record-breaking number of tickets through advance bookings. According to sources, the movie made Rs 46.36 crore in earnings on the first day after selling 24 lakh 48 thousand 746 seats through pre booking. According to the second day’s advance booking data, which has just been released, Vijay Thalapathy’s movie made Rs 16.01 crore by selling 9 lakh 10 thousand 15 seats.

According to Leo advance booking report data per language, Tamil has been the language in which the most tickets have been sold. In Tamil language 2D version, 82 lakh a thousand 110 tickets have been sold for the movie. While 6,707 seats have been sold for Tamil (IMAX). By selling 68,243 tickets, “Leo” in Telugu has made Rs 1 crore 5 lakh 85 thousand 47. However, it has brought in Rs. 45,6,700 in Kannada and Rs. 15,24,207 in Hindi.
