Sushant Singh Rajput’s case the BMC on Monday morning issued an official statement with regards to Bihar state IPS officer Binay Tiwari being quarantined in Mumbai.
According to the statement, the BMC P/South ward office received information stating that the Binay Tiwari arrived in SRPF group 8 Guesthouse, Goregaon (East) on August 2.

Accordingly P/South ward group approached him at the stated guesthouse the previous day night (2nd August 2020).
Team explained him whole procedure for domestic air traveller, including home quarantine, which is fixed by the State Government Notification dated 25th May, 2020 under number DMU/2020/CR. 92 /DisM-1.
He has also been guided to apply to the competent authority of MCGM for exemption in the home quarantine period as per the State Government Notification,” reads the statement.
Bihar State Patna City SP Vinay Tiwari was quarantined through the BMC with his hand stamped indicating the isolation period until August 15 after he reached Mumbai to supervise the probe being conducted by means of Bihar Police into the dea*th of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, police said on Monday.
Bihar State IPS officer Binay Tiwari arrived in Mumbai on Sunday and was quarantined via the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) authorities late in the night time for 14 days at the State Reserve Police Force quarter in suburban Goregaon, a police official said.
The Bihar investigation team was not getting cooperation from the Mumbai police. The investigation is in a proper way and we are going in the right direction. Our team is here to get all the important documents files related to the Sushant Singh Rajput’s Case.
