Bhootnii Movie Story Details Review:
Sunny Singh plays Shantanu, who goes to St. Vincent College in Delhi. His roommates are Sahil (played by Beunik) and Nasir (played by Asif Khan).
At the college, there’s a tree called the Virgin Tree. People say it’s haunted by a ghost named Mohabbat (played by Mouni Roy). This ghost wakes up every Valentine’s Day because it’s looking for true love. On the day before Holi, it takes away people’s spirits.
Nobody knows who this ghost is or why these scary things happen. The story gets more suspenseful when the students at the college start seeing things that aren’t real, having fits, and even wanting to hurt themselves.

The people in charge of the college are very worried about the weird things happening to the students. They decide to call Baba (played by Sanjay Dutt). He is a special scientist who helps get rid of ghosts.
Baba comes to the college with strange tools. He wants to find out the truth and make the ghost go away.
In the story, there’s a person whose love was turned down. The ghost of love is chasing him. Baba, the ghost scientist, understands that this is not a normal ghost. This ghost is more powerful than any he has ever seen.
So, will they be able to get rid of this ghost, or will it keep bothering them? To find out, you’ll have to watch the movie.
Bhootnii Movie Review:
Making scary and funny movies is fun but also hard. In the past few years, movies like the “Stree” series have shown that these kinds of movies can be good. The writer and director of this movie, Siddhant Sachdev, tries to do something similar.
The story by Siddhant and Vankush Arora isn’t very new. The way the movie looks sometimes creates a spooky feeling.
But the story and how it’s shown have many problems. This makes the movie not very good. For example, at one point, the ghost Mohabbat looks like a human to try and trick Shantanu. She is with him all the time. But then, after we find out she’s a ghost, she suddenly disappears for many hours without any reason.
It’s hard to understand how strong this ghost is supposed to be. Some parts of the movie are interesting, but they don’t feel real because the special effects look fake, and the ghost Mohabbat’s makeup doesn’t look good. The scary parts of the movie “The Bhootni” aren’t very frightening either.
However, the funny parts of the movie make up for some of these problems. Sunny Singh, Nikunj Lotia, and Asif Khan say funny things, and their friendship is sometimes very funny. But the way they act seems too much and old-fashioned. Sahil’s character is always trying very hard to find a girlfriend, which doesn’t make much sense.
Nasir also wants to be a poet and always talks in Urdu. The movie also tries to make you remember old times. You see short clips from Mouni Roy’s famous TV show ‘Naagin’ and Sanjay Dutt’s movies ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ and ‘Stree’.
In the movie, Sanjay Dutt plays someone who used to study at St. Vincent College. People call him Baba because he got two BA degrees. He is good in this role and has some funny parts and lines. Navneet Malik plays the younger version of Baba in the story from the past, which is connected to the ghost Mohabbat.
But it looks like fake, so the ending is not surprising or intreasting. Mouni Roy and Palak Tiwari acted well in their roles. However, Palak’s character could have been written better.
Overall, The Bhootnii movie has some funny parts that are okay. It’s not very scary. The story doesn’t always make sense. The main story is weak in many places, and you can guess how it will end. So, this is a movie that if you don’t see it, you won’t miss anything important.
Conclusion:
“The Bhootnii movie” tries to mix horror and comedy but doesn’t fully succeed. While some jokes are funny and a few actors perform well, the story is weak, confusing at times, and not very scary. In the end, it just feels like a waste of time.
