Aryan Khan court hearing, the son of Shah Rukh Khan, who is embroiled in a drug case, has not been released. The Mumbai Sessions Court has adjourned his hearing till October 13. By then, Aryan Khan will have to stay in Arthur Road Jail. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) will file its response the same day. Judge VV Patel asked to file his reply by Wednesday. Aryan Khan court hearing bail application will be heard on October 13 at 2.45 pm.
Aryan Khan has been granted bail as no drugs have been recovered from him. Aryan Khan’s lawyer argued that the other accused had drugs and that he could not be held in jail.
On October 8, the Mumbai Lower Court rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. There was a long-running dispute between the lawyers in court, which was later dismissed.
Aryan Khan was placed in a special quarantine cell at Arthur Road Jail. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court said they did not have the power to file a bail application under that department. Defendant’s lawyers should go to court.
