Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan Bail has been granted in the much-hyped Cruise Drug Party case. After much deliberation, the court granted Aryan Khan bail application. The court also granted bail to the other two accused, Arbaazh Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.
After a three-day hearing, Bombay High Court Justice Nitin Sambre granted bail to the three accused. The court will issue the full order tomorrow. Until then, the three will remain in Arthur Road Jail. However, it is yet uncertain what he would do after leaving the post. AS9G Anil Singh told the court today that Aryan Khan and Arbaaz had been taking drugs regularly. They appear to have bought more drugs. They are also in contact with the drug peddlers. Incidentally, those are the drug peddlers. However, he was not arrested.
In court, Anil said Aryan and Arbaaz were childhood friends. The two went to the Cruise Drug Party case together and decided to share a room. At this time, it is unknown what he will do after leaving the post. Anil also placed Aryan Khan’s WhatsApp chart in front of the court.
Earlier, both the Special NDPS Court and the Sessions Court had rejected Aryan Khan bail application. On October 20, the NDPS court rejected his bail application, after which his team, led by Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde, reached the High Court. The court adjourned the hearing to October 24. However, it was suspended. Yesterday’s hearing was adjourned again.
Aryan Khan has been arrested by the NCB for the past two days. He was arrested by the NCB at a Cruise Drugs Party case. Although no drugs were found in Aryan Khan, the NCB said four grams of drugs were seized from his friend Arbaaz Merchant. Aryan was arrested for being with Arbaaz. The NCB then seized Aryan Khan’s mobile phone. And the Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB)imposed further charges against him based on Aryan Khan’s WhatsApp chat.
